The Travel Agency

Digital Experience & Platform Design

The Travel Agency is a New York–based, BIPOC-founded cannabis dispensary that reimagines retail as a journey. The brand positions cannabis as a way to “get away” without leaving the city, blending a travel-inspired narrative with a strong social mission. It aims to make cannabis more approachable while helping repair the harm caused by the War on Drugs.

The work focused on translating this concept into a seamless digital experience. The goal was to balance e-commerce functionality with storytelling, creating a system that feels intuitive, guided, and immersive. Each touchpoint supports product discovery while reinforcing the idea of exploration.

Home Page Redesign

Lead Digital Designer (UX/UI) & Art Direction

The homepage redesign focused on elevating the brand’s first impression while better translating its travel-inspired concept into a digital experience. The goal was to create a more immersive and intuitive entry point that guides users into the platform, balances storytelling with functionality, and reinforces the brand’s role as both a retailer and a cultural destination.

  • I led art direction and UX strategy, restructuring the homepage to improve hierarchy, clarify navigation, and create stronger pathways into key product categories. I introduced a more cohesive visual system that aligns with the brand’s tone, while refining messaging and calls to action to better support both discovery and conversion. The result is a homepage that feels more intentional, engaging, and easy to navigate.
